Delivery time
1. Local Order (Hong Kong)
Shipment will be made by SF Express within 2-5 business days after the order confirmation. Not including weekends or public holidays.(Pre-order items are exception)
2. Oversea order (Countries outside of Hong Kong):
Shipment will be made by Hong Kong Post Office within 3-5 business days after the order confirmation. Not including weekends or public holidays(Pre-order items are exception)
Cancellation or Exchanges
Cancellation after order confirmed or change in contents of order is available within 24 hours after the purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
1. Returns and Exchanges of Defected products.
If there are defects or failures in the item purchased, the defective part will be checked and respond with the exchange or refund.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
Sample and archive items are not accepted for return or exchange due to their nature.

- Please note that returning of the products after 8 days will not be accepted.
- Refund will be made in case the same item is out of stock.

2. Returns and Exchanges of Non-defective products
All sales are final, please note that we do not accept any returns and exchanges for size, color and non-defective products.
