We do not accept returns or exchanges for shipped products, except for defective items.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.
Delivery
Hong Kong orders
Shipped via SF Express within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
Overseas orders
Shipped via Hong Kong Post Office within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
Pre-order & made-to-order items
Shipping is expected within the estimated timeframe shown at the time of purchase. For example, if your order shows "Delivery Est. Sep," it will be shipped within September.
Cancellation & changes
You may cancel your order or request changes within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Returns & exchanges
Non-defective products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products, including those related to size or color.
Defective products
If your item has a defect or fault, we will assess it and offer an exchange or refund. The following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed
- The item must be returned with its original tags and packaging
- Sample and archive items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature
- Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable

- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
- If the same item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead of an exchange
