We are now offering custom embroidered name patches for the
"Dragontown - Security bomber jacket (Alpha 45p modified)"
We require formal names for individual use and specific formats for custom name patches.
Please consult the following guide for clarity.
How to:
Please enter the preferred format and name for your patch in the ‘Your Name’ box at the product page.
For example, if you want the tag displayed as 'T.M Chan' , enter 'T.M Chan' in the box.
Example and Format:
If your name is :
陳 大文 (Tai Man Chan / Jackie)
You can choose from the following formats:
I don't want any name on the tag:
If you prefer a blank name tag, simply leave the 'Your name' box empty.
Multiple orders:
If you are ordering 2 jackets in the same size but with different names,
please enter:
(size M) T.M CHAN / (size M) Jackie
Confirmation:
During Checkout
You shall see your name showed under the product information in your shopping cart.
After Checkout
After you've made your purchase, to reconfirm we have your name, click "View your order" button in our confirmation email.
Your name will be displayed in the order detail page.
Error
If you encounter an error while customizing during checkout, leave the box empty and proceed with the checkout as usual.
Email us after, and our team will assist you with the personalization.
Improper name or format:
Our team will notify you via email if the name or format is improper and assist you with a new name.
If we are unable to reach you, the patch will be sent blank.
Multilingual:
We also accept multilingual names, such as Simplified Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and more.
