Application steps
You'll need scissors, clean water, and a small sponge, cloth, or paper towel.
1. Cut out the design. Trim closely around the Chinese character or logo you want, leaving a small margin. Don't cut through the artwork.
2. Peel off the clear top film. Remove the transparent protective layer covering the printed side. The design's sticky side is now exposed.
3. Position it face-down. Press the design side firmly against the surface (your skin or the object). Once placed, avoid sliding it around.
4. Wet the paper backing. Fully soak the paper backing with your damp sponge or cloth. Press gently and hold for about 20–30 seconds so the water soaks all the way through.
5. Slide off the backing. Gently slide or lift one corner of the paper backing. If it resists, add a little more water and wait a few more seconds, it should release cleanly, leaving the design behind.
6. Dab dry and let it set. Lightly blot away excess water. Let it air-dry for a minute or two without touching it.
